Over ons

Hotel Brussels beschikt over 12 ultramoderne vergaderzalen op de 1e, 25e, 26e en 27e verdieping. Op de 1e verdieping is de Grand Ballroom (theater voor 400 personen) omgeven door een grote foyer met daglicht dat wordt gebruikt voor koffiepauzes en staande lunches met tafeldisplays. De balzaal van het park biedt daglicht en kan worden gebruikt als uitbreiding van de foyer om er een grote expositieruimte van ongeveer 368 m2 van te maken. Hieronder staan statistieken over het aantal plaatsingen in vergaderruimten per verdieping: • 25e verdieping: 3 vergaderzalen • 26e verdieping: 4 vergaderzalen • 27e verdieping: A Vista met 1 vergaderruimte die plaats biedt aan maximaal 150 deelnemers. Alle verdiepingen hebben een grote foyer die wordt gebruikt voor koffiepauzes en lunches. Alle verdiepingen en vergaderzalen hebben daglicht. De 6 supersnelle liften (elk voor 15 personen) kunnen in 27 seconden van de 1e naar de 27e verdieping gaan en het systeem kan worden geprogrammeerd om ervoor te zorgen dat deelnemers niet voor de lift vastzitten. Er kunnen 13 extra pauzeruimtes worden aangeboden door de panoramasuites om te toveren tot vergader- en bestuurskamers (10-15 personen). Ons cateringaanbod is uniek en weerspiegelt de waarde van onze chef Pierre Balthazar: met zijn smaakvolle samenstelling van verse en seizoensgebonden producten om een verscheidenheid aan gerechten te creëren die authenticiteit en creativiteit belichamen. De 423 kamers (318 Superior, 87 Deluxe, 13 Panorama Suites, 4 Splendour Suites, 1 The Suite) bevinden zich op 21 verdiepingen in een torenblok met 4 executive verdiepingen waarvan sommige met een indrukwekkend uitzicht op de stad. Sommige kamers kijken naar het noorden en andere naar het zuiden. De grootte van alle kamers is hetzelfde; 27 vierkante meter met uitzondering van de Panorama- en Splendour-suites, die tot 100 m² groter zijn. Alle kamers zijn ingericht in elegante zwarte en crèmekleurige ontwerpen met een extra Nespresso-apparaat en een koelkast met gratis voorzieningen. Over het algemeen zijn alle kamertypes voorzien van het volgende: • Gratis wifi • Koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker, • Smart-tv • Veilig. • Uitgerust met domoticasystemen; automatische gordijnen en lichtsfeer.

Plaats Eugène Flagey (in het Frans: Place Eugène Flagey, in het Nederlands: Flageyplein, meestal door de lokale bevolking afgekort tot Flagey), is een plein in de Brusselse gemeente Elsene (Elsene), België. Het werd genoemd ter ere van Eugène Flagey, burgemeester van Elsene/Ixelles van 1935 tot 1953. Met tien straten die samenkomen op Flagey Square, is het een van de best verbonden kruispunten van de stad, direct grenzend aan de naburige vijvers van Elsene/Ixelles (de straat die ze scheidt zal nu verdwijnen). Onder het plein zijn een groot overstromingsreservoir (noodzakelijk vanwege het laaggelegen terrein en de hoge grondwaterstand) en een parkeerplaats aangelegd. Het gebied dat het plein omvatte, werd bedekt door de vijvers van Elsene/Ixelles tot 1860 toen een van de oorspronkelijke vijvers werd afgetapt als onderdeel van nieuw stedenbouwkundig ontwerp. Vanaf 2002 werd het plein uitgebreid gerenoveerd. Voorafgaand aan de renovatie werd het plein voornamelijk gebruikt als openluchtparkeerplaats. Het project werd vele malen berucht vertraagd en alle activiteiten moesten soms maanden achterelkaar tot stilstand komen. De plannen werden in 2004 gedeeltelijk opnieuw gemaakt op verzoek van de lokale bewonersvereniging. Tot hun eisen behoren de volledige uitroeiing van bovengronds parkeren op het plein. Het oorspronkelijke plan werd niet ambitieus genoeg geacht en er werd een nieuwe wedstrijd gelanceerd voor internationale biedingen van verschillende architecten. Latz&Partner en D+ A International wonnen uiteindelijk het contract. [1]
