Beperkingen voor faciliteiten

- Ruimtevaartuitrusting omvat vaste installaties en specifieke speciale uitrusting. - Het ruimtegebruik is strikt beperkt tot toegewezen personeel van het evenement; extra ruimtes kunnen door de locatie worden toegewezen. - Wijzigingen in het aangegeven doel kunnen leiden tot prijsherzieningen. - Voor het gebruik van ruimte buiten de geboekte periode worden extra kosten in rekening gebracht op basis van de proportionele tijd en de basisprijs. - Aanvullende diensten, niet-standaard armaturen of elektrische installaties (63 ampère - 220 V) vereisen een afzonderlijk aanbod en een aparte facturering. - De apparatuur van de klant of leverancier moet een maand voor het evenement worden goedgekeurd door de technische diensten van de locatie. - De prijs is inclusief het elektriciteitsverbruik dat is gespecificeerd op het reserveringsformulier binnen het nominale vermogen. - De levering van drankjes, maaltijden of diensten is uitsluitend voorbehouden aan de eigen diensten en partners van de locatie. - De klant moet voldoen aan de SABAM-voorschriften. - De klant moet een verzekering afsluiten ter dekking van eventuele schade aan gebouwen en apparatuur veroorzaakt door de klant of de gasten van de klant. - De klant en de leveranciers moeten de instructies van de technische dienst van de locatie volgen tijdens de montage en demontage. - Opdrachtgever en aannemer zijn gezamenlijk aansprakelijk voor schade aan personen, gebouwen, meubels of apparatuur. - De klant dient na het evenement op dezelfde dag op zijn kosten tentoonstellingsmateriaal of -panelen te verwijderen.

Annuleringsbeleid

Elke reservering van een zaal of ruimte voor een evenement, een presentatie, een banket of een vergadering wordt onderworpen aan een reserveringscontract. Annuleringsbeleid Gedeeltelijke annulering Tussen 29 dagen en 7 dagen voor het evenement kan het aantal deelnemers per dag kosteloos met 10% worden verminderd. Op 6 dagen of minder voor het evenement kan geen rekening worden gehouden met een vermindering van het aantal deelnemers en wordt het evenement volledig gefactureerd. Annulering voltooien Tussen 60 dagen en 30 dagen voor het evenement zal blankspace 60% van de waarde van het evenement in rekening brengen. Tussen 29 dagen en 7 dagen voor het evenement zal blankspace 80% van de waarde van het evenement in rekening brengen. 7 dagen of minder voor het evenement zal blankspace de volledige waarde van het evenement in rekening brengen.
