Ons team heeft jarenlange ervaring in het organiseren van evenementen. We beheren drie van onze locaties: de Bibliothèque Solvay, het Hotel Wielemans en de Sky Hall. We helpen u graag bij de praktische aspecten van uw evenement (zoals audiovisuele apparatuur, personeel, fotografen, bloemstukken, decoraties, simultaanvertaalapparatuur en tolken, muzikanten, enz.). Tot 750 personen voor staande recepties en tot 600 personen voor (gala) diners, in de prachtige balzaal, kunnen genieten van het aanbod van deze unieke setting. Er worden hier ook evenementen georganiseerd met kleinere aantallen, aangezien de kamers volledig (800 m²) of gedeeltelijk kunnen worden gehuurd. Hoewel elk van de kamers zijn eigen stijl van decoratie heeft, vormen ze samen een harmonieuze combinatie met al deze kamers. * We accepteren recepties van 800 tot 900 gasten, wetende dat niet alle gasten tegelijkertijd aanwezig zullen zijn. Om veiligheidsredenen mag het totale aantal personen in de kamer niet hoger zijn dan 738.
