Annuleringsbeleid

Notification by The Client for cancellation of the agreement, and/or of some partial services, can be sent 45 calendar days before the date of the event. In case The Client cancels the entire agreement or part of services pre-ordered within a deadline comprised between 45 to 30 days before the event, The Client pledges itself to pay a compensation of 30% of the price negotiated for the respective services. In case The Client cancels the agreement or partial services within 29 and 15 days before the event, The Client pledges itself to pay a 50% compensation of the price negotiated for the respective services. In case The Client cancels the Agreement or partial services within 14 days before the event or on the day of the event, The Client shall pledge itself to pay a 100% compensation of the value of the services pre-ordered. The Client shall pledge itself to send a written notification to the WTCB events department in case of change in the anticipated number of attendants to the event. The number of attendants may be increased any time after concluding the Agreement, but if the increase in number of attendants is notified with less than 5 working days before the date of the event, WTCB cannot assume any liability for not being able, due to objective reasons, to provide the respective services, though it shall make all efforts possible to provide the services requested by The Client for the increased number of attendants. If after concluding the agreement, The Client wishes to decrease the number of attendants, He/She will notify The Hotel about this no later than 7 working days prior the date of the event, and Hotel may agree to a decrease of maximum 10% of the number of attendants initially communicated at the date of the agreement. All changes made, starting 6 full working days counted before the event, cannot differ by +/- 5% from the last figure notified previously to The Hotel. For the series of events that unfold during several months the conditions of invoicing and payment are correlated with the actual service supply, the collection of the advance payment and the settlement of the remaining amount, namely: after each event of the series, the invoice for the services provided shall be issued, out of which the amount in concept of advance payment shall be deducted. The invoice shall be issued with the date of the last day of the event.
