Over ons
Resort Poggio Cennina ligt op de hoogten met uitzicht op de Val d'Ambra en biedt een uniek panoramisch uitzicht over de zuidelijke Chianti-regio. Hier besloten Luigi Pelaggi en Paolo Rossi om hun droom waar te maken: een gezond toevluchtsoord creëren, ver weg van de drukte van het dagelijks leven, waar het verstrijken van de tijd wordt gekenmerkt door het opkomen en ondergaan van de zon en het komen en gaan van de seizoenen in hun verschillende kleuren. Huizen en villa's gelegen in een historische oude stad, gelegen op een heuvel met uitzicht op de Val d'Ambra. Elegant ingerichte appartementen met lokaal Toscaans meubilair. We hebben 10 appartementen en 3 villa's.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels.
When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout.
