Het is in mei 2006 heropend als luxe hotel en nu, in 2020, is het hotel toegevoegd aan het portfolio van Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas. Het New York Café, het kloppend hart van het Anantara New York Palace hotel, heeft alle authentieke Belle Epoque-decoratie en charme behouden die het ooit tot een inspiratiebron maakten voor de nieuwsgierige geesten van de Hongaarse culturele en intellectuele gemeenschap.
