ALGEMEEN BETALINGS- en ANNULERINGSBELEID: BETALING: 100% van het totale bedrag moet vooraf worden betaald - dit kan in verschillende stappen. ANNULERINGSBELEID 1. Op basis van het totale bedrag dat in deze overeenkomst is overeengekomen, plus alle toepasselijke belastingen, zijn van toepassing in geval van annulering van het hele evenement -vanaf de datum van ondertekening van dit contract tot 180 dagen voor het evenement: 15% van het totale brutobedrag -van 179-90 dagen voor het evenement: 40% van het totale brutobedrag -van 89-60 dagen voor het evenement: 65% van het totale brutobedrag -binnen 59-7 dagen voor het evenement: 90% van het totale brutobedrag -binnen 7 dagen voor het evenement: 100% van het totale brutobedrag 2. Uitval/gedeeltelijke annulering Verloop is het totale aantal gecontracteerde artikelen (kamers, vergaderruimten, F&B-functienummers) dat de klant kan annuleren/verminderen voordat de kosten van toepassing worden. Ook bekend als het annuleren van onderdelen. Opmerking - Meer dan 180 dagen De huurder heeft het recht om de 10% van het totale aantal gecontracteerde artikelen zonder enige boete te verminderen. Als de hoeveelheid van de geannuleerde artikelen hoger is, moet de huurder na elk van de geannuleerde artikelen (meer dan 10%) één nacht extra kosten na accommodatie, één daghuurprijs na de vergaderzalen en een dagpakketprijs na het cateringpakket betalen, als boete. - Tussen 180 en 45 dagen De huurder heeft het recht om de 10% van het totale aantal gecontracteerde artikelen zonder enige boete te verminderen. Als de hoeveelheid van de geannuleerde artikelen hoger is dan 10%, moet de huurder na elk van de geannuleerde artikelen (meer dan 10%) één nacht extra kosten na accommodatie, één daghuurprijs na de vergaderzalen en één dagarrangement na het cateringpakket betalen, als boete. - Tussen 45 en 8 dagen De huurder heeft het recht om de 5% van het totale aantal gecontracteerde artikelen zonder enige boete te verminderen. Als de hoeveelheid van de geannuleerde artikelen hoger is, moet de huurder na elk van de geannuleerde artikelen (meer dan 5%) één nacht extra kosten na accommodatie, één daghuurprijs na de vergaderzalen en een dagpakketprijs na het cateringpakket betalen, als boete. - Binnen 7 dagen Verlagingen van herziene minima zijn niet toegestaan.
