Hotel Fontana ligt in het centrum van Buzet, de stad van de truffels, net onder de zeer oude noot van de oude middeleeuwse stad, op het Fontana-plein. Er wordt aangenomen dat het oude hotel Albergo alla Fontana lang geleden werd gebouwd, in 1838, toen zelfs het beroemde Opatija nog geen eigen hotel had. Het eigenlijke hotel Fontana is gebouwd op de fundamenten van het oudste hotel in Istrië in 1981. Sinds eind 2008 is het hotel eigendom van Vilstroj d.o.o. Company, uit Buzet. Hotel Fontana biedt eenpersoonskamers, tweepersoonskamers en appartementen om uit te kiezen.
