Het centrum wordt gerund door een goed doel en biedt ruimte en faciliteiten voor een breed scala aan activiteiten. De grote zaal is ideaal voor grotere vergaderingen, conferenties en feesten met ongeveer 100 personen. Er kunnen maximaal 200 mensen in rijen zitten. Een kleine vergaderruimte geschikt voor ongeveer 20 personen. Er kunnen maximaal 40 personen in rijen zitten. Ideaal voor commissievergaderingen, presentaties, clubs enz. Er is een gemakkelijke toegang tot toiletten. Voor avondevenementen kan de verlichting worden gedimd. De bar bevindt zich in deze kamer, maar het is niet duidelijk wanneer deze niet in gebruik is.
