Against all odds, we have opened up our newest restaurant, Serafina, This little gem of a restaurant, perched on top of Nob Hill, has truly been a labor of love, as we were set to open at the end of February, and then had to do so during the ensuing pandemic....We are so excited about Serafina, which has been a concept in the making for many years for us. Serafina was Maurizio’s grandmother, and the name of her eponymous restaurant in the heart of Trastevere (Rome), where Maurizio first began making pizzas at the age of 14. She was a tough woman and wonderful chef.. an inspiration for his love of cooking then, and inspiration of how he is determined to persevere despite the difficult circumstances of today. We hope to create a warm, elegant space where neighbors and friends can come together. We have an amazing team with our partner Giuseppe Terminiello, the co-owner of Piccolo Forno with us (we also own Ideale, in North Beach as well), and Umberto Cannarsa, an accomplished and incredibly talented chef from Rome, who had his own successful restaurants there.

Continentaal champagneontbijt: 7.00 tot 11.00 uur. Gasten kunnen genieten van gebak en zuurdesembrood van de lokale Carmel. bakkerij Rise + Roam Bakery, marmelades uit Marmalade Grove, perfect gebakken eieren van 8 minuten met Maldon zout, seizoensfruit, muesli en yoghurt. Drankjes worden aan tafel geserveerd en bestaan onder andere uit vers gezette koffie, thee, groen sap, champagne en mimosa. Dagelijkse sociale uren: 15.00-20.00 uur. Sociale uren bieden een samengesteld assortiment van opmerkelijke regionale wijnen, champagnes, bieren en heerlijke hors d'oeuvres die te koop zijn. Donderdag tot en met zaterdag worden gasten uitgenodigd om ons te vergezellen op 8th Ave of Ocean Ave, waar we gratis speciale aanbiedingen van enkele van onze favoriete plekken zullen belichten, waaronder The Stationaery, Chez Noir, Folktale Winery, Carmel Cheese Shop, Bruno's Market en meer. Gasten van 8th Ave en Ocean Ave zijn van harte welkom om de Daily Social Hour bij beide accommodaties bij te wonen! Dineren op de kamer: Het kaasplankje, sardientjes en saltines en de kaviaarservice die beschikbaar is tijdens de dagelijkse sociale uren ook beschikbaar tussen 23.00 en 20.00 uur om naar uw kamer te worden gebracht.
