Annuleringsbeleid
In ons boetiekresort hanteren we een uitvalpercentage van 100%, waarbij het totale bedrag van het kamerblok een week voor het inchecken verschuldigd is. Ten minste een maand voor het inchecken wordt een „sluitingsdatum” verstrekt. Reserveringsaanvragen (+/-) die na de sluitingsdatum worden ontvangen, zijn gebaseerd op beschikbaarheid tegen de geldende tarieven van het hotel. Een betalingsplan dat we gedurende een bepaalde periode krijgen om bij te dragen aan het verschuldigde bedrag. Bij ondertekening van het contract wordt een aanbetaling van 25% geïnd. Ter herinnering: om in aanmerking te komen voor een kamerblok in de Carmel Highlands Inn, moeten minimaal 5 kamers worden gereserveerd en daar dus verantwoordelijk voor zijn.
