Het Simantro Resort ligt aan de westkust. van het schiereiland Kassandra/Halkidiki in de bekend gebied van Sani. Een uur rijden vanaf de luchthaven Thessaloniki SKG, direct aan een goudkleurig zandstrand strand, omgeven door een dennenbos en tuinen. Het hotel heeft 346 kamers in 15 afzonderlijke gebouwen. Alle 346 kamers met balkon of veranda bieden: uitzicht op zee, de kust, de tuin, het zwembad en het bos.
