Al meer dan 60 jaar is de beroemdste en een van de hoogste aiguille de Chamonix een essentiële attractie ter wereld. Vanuit het centrum van Chamonix rijdt u in 20 minuten met de kabelbaan Aiguille du Midi naar de poort van de Hoge Berg op een hoogte van 3.842 m.
Vanaf een hoogte van 3777 meter bieden de Aiguille du Midi en zijn aangelegde terrassen een 360° uitzicht op alle Franse, Zwitserse en Italiaanse Alpen. Een lift brengt u naar het topterras op 3.842 meter, waar u een duidelijk uitzicht hebt op de Mont Blanc.
