"Changsha North Star International Convention Center has a total construction area of 140,000 square meters, with a total investment of 1.6 billion RMB, the building is 100m long from north to south, 100m wide from east to west and 24m high at the eaves. Among them, the conference and exhibition area is 36,000 square meters, and the supporting project construction area is 98,000 square meters (including a premium business hotel and two levels of parking), It is a complex project in the central city of Changsha that meets the international conference standards and has the capacity to receive national conferences. Convention Center is adjacent to Changsha Riverside Culture Park, which houses the Changsha Museum, Library, Planning Exhibition Hall and Concert Hall, and is surrounded by 5A office buildings, serviced flats, large and medium-sized shopping centers, cinemas and various dining and entertainment venues. The North Star International Convention Hotel and the InterContinental can accommodate up to 3,500 people for meetings and 1,300 people for accommodation at the same time. The Hotel has 450 rooms ,Convention Center and the Hotel are connected by internal corridors, just a 2-minute walk away."

Changsha North Star International Convention Center, invested and built by Beijing North Star Co., Ltd. and managed by North Star Exhibition, are located in Zone A3, No.1500, Xiangjiang North Road, Kaifu District, Changsha, the core business district of North Stat Delta. With Metro Line 1 in close proximity, they are about 20km away from Changshanan Railway Station and 30km away from Changsha Huanghua International Airport. Besides, they are adjacent to Changsha Riverside Culture Park, a national 4A scenic spot, and have large and medium-sized shopping plazas, with the Xiangjiang Cruise Terminal close by. There are also several public transport links to Pozi Street, Orange Island, Mount Yuelu, Hunan Museum and other historical sites and popular attractions.
