Veel organisaties vinden dat de gastvrije en ontspannen sfeer van Magdalen het beste in de deelnemers naar boven haalt, de spanningen in de dagelijkse kantooromgeving wegneemt en onbevangen en creatief discours aanmoedigt in een sfeer van vertrouwen en rust. Met flexibele binnen- en buitenruimte op een adembenemend terrein van 132 hectare is er voldoende ruimte voor parallelle activiteiten, voor een 'time-out' en om eenvoudig te genieten van de rustige omgeving van Magdalen na een dag hard werken. Het Magdalen Project biedt werkplekken voor groepen van maximaal 105 personen met cateringmogelijkheden op maat.
