Meet PEI is a non-profit organization which is focused on marketing the province of Prince Edward Island as a top tier meeting and convention destination. We help connect meeting and business event planners with our over 200 public and private members across the Island and act as a complimentary resource for planning conventions, conferences, and meetings. We are here to help make planning easier with personal services to explore unique PEI services & facilities for your meeting, conference or incentive group. The Inn at Bay Fortune is Prince Edward Island’s legendary five-star country inn, the perfect seaside sanctuary while you embark on an epic culinary adventure. Chef Michael & Chastity Smith have created one of the world’s most authentic, interactive, and immersive food destinations. Chef Michael’s FireWorks Feast is prepared from vegetables grown on the inn’s own organic farm and from live fire entirely served from a variety of outdoor fire stations and inside the Fire Kitchen. The FireWorks is named for Chef Michael Smith’s 25-foot brick-lined, wood-burning, fire-breathing beast that anchors the nightly Feast at The Inn at Bay Fortune, Prince Edward Island. The Fire Brigade creates a new menu daily using ingredients from The Inn at Bay Fortune’s Culinary Farm and herb gardens. It showcases wild foraging and a myriad of locally sourced flavours. The FireWorks Feast is served nightly from May 17 to October 13, 2024.
