Chartridge Conference Centre is een landhuis uit het begin van de 20e eeuw, omgeven door een prachtig aangelegd terrein van 25 hectare en omgeven door een landschap dat typerend is voor 'lommerrijke Bucks'. Chartridge biedt de ideale verfrissende en afleidingsvrije setting voor een stimulerend en succesvol evenement. Stap binnen en geniet van de elegante omgeving, uitstekende moderne conferentiefaciliteiten en service van topkwaliteit. Als unieke locatie zijn we volledig flexibel als het gaat om samenwerken. Wat u ook wilt doen, al onze locaties zijn licht, uitnodigend en aanpasbaar om geweldig werk in een privéomgeving aan te moedigen. We zijn trots op de persoonlijke service die we kunnen bieden. Annuleringsbeleid

Het bedrijf kan in geen geval verantwoordelijk worden gehouden voor de tijdelijke sluiting van alle of een deel van de gebouwen of voor de onderbreking of annulering van de boeking van de klant als gevolg van omstandigheden waarover het bedrijf geen controle heeft, met inbegrip van (zonder afbreuk te doen aan het algemene karakter van het voorgaande) eventuele defecten aan machines, uitval van de levering van elektriciteit of gas, lekkage van water, overmacht, staking of vakbondsactie. In deze omstandigheden zal het bedrijf alles in het werk stellen om de klant te helpen. Voorlopige boekingen moeten worden gegarandeerd, waarbij het minimumaantal deelnemers wordt bevestigd, door het ondertekende contract op de aangegeven datum terug te sturen. Na deze periode behoudt het bedrijf zich het recht voor om de ruimte vrij te geven aan een andere klant die een bevestigde boeking wil. Contracten kunnen tot 8 weken voor het evenement zonder boete worden gewijzigd. Het bedrijf behoudt zich het recht voor in geval van volledige of gedeeltelijke annulering en vermindering van het aantal aanwezigen om kosten in rekening te brengen voor het verlies van brutowinst: Minder dan 2 weken opzegtermijn - 80% van de volledige contractprijs Tussen 2 en 4 weken - 60% van de volledige contractprijs Tussen 4 en 8 weken - 30% van de volledige contractprijs Alles wordt in het werk gesteld om de kamers of gereserveerde ruimte door te verkopen om de kosten te verminderen.
