Het Grand Hotel ligt op een centrale locatie, omgeven door een stil park met eeuwenoude bomen. Het management biedt een hoog niveau van professionaliteit met eersteklas faciliteiten om aan de eisen van elke gast te voldoen: ontspanning, welzijn, cultuur, vergaderingen. Het majestueuze gebouw uit het begin van de 20e eeuw, volledig gerenoveerd, heeft 107 kamers en suites met alle moderne gemakken, twee restaurants, receptiezalen, tv- en eetzalen, evenals congres- en vergaderzalen. Het biedt uitstekende faciliteiten voor congressen, vergaderingen en recepties. De goed ingerichte congreszaal biedt plaats aan 200 personen, terwijl de ruime ontvangsthal plaats biedt aan maximaal 250 personen. Kleinere zalen, geschikt voor middelgrote en kleine vergaderingen, zijn uitgerust met verlichte en losse panelen, projectoren, schermen, videorecorders, microfoons en versterking.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
