Als voorrecht voor onze leden en gesponsorde gasten brengen we doorgaans geen annulerings- of uitvalkosten in rekening voor kleine groepen (groepen van minder dan 10 kamers); we vragen echter wel dat alle groepen zich houden aan een sluitingsdatum van 21 dagen, waarna alle onbeveiligde kamers om 12.00 uur middernacht van de sluitingsdatum aan de Club worden vrijgegeven voor algemene verkoop. Reserveringen voor individuele gasten moeten 72 uur voor aankomst worden geannuleerd om een kamerprijs van één overnachting te vermijden.

Vanaf Midway Airport: $2,50 enkele reis via de Orange Line; loop een blok noordwaarts op State St, sla linksaf en loop twee blokken naar 65 W. Jackson Blvd. Vanaf O'Hare Airport: $5,00 enkele reis via de blauwe lijn; loop een blok westwaarts naar 65 W. Jackson Blvd. Voor het gemak van uw bezoekers biedt ULC zowel Valet als Self Parking.
