— Reserveringen worden niet geaccepteerd voor zondagen, zonder speciale toestemming van Farm Foundation. — Alle groepen en organisaties die de faciliteiten van Farm Foundation gebruiken, moeten een contract afsluiten voor alle foodservices op basis van de lijst met goedgekeurde leveranciers die door Farm Foundation is verstrekt. — Evenementen moeten voldoen aan de plaatselijke geluidsverordeningen en evenementenvoorschriften. — De huurprijzen zijn inclusief basisinstallatie- en demontageservices; voor gespecialiseerde installaties kunnen extra kosten van toepassing zijn. — Er zijn geen overnachtende gasten toegestaan op het terrein zonder schriftelijke toestemming van Farm Foundation en toepasselijke toeslagen. — Alle externe leveranciers moeten worden goedgekeurd door Farm Foundation. — De toevoeging van alcohol is toegestaan indien verstrekt door een gecertificeerde en verzekerde cateraar. — De installatie en afbraak van apparatuur en inrichting, en schoonmaak, moeten bij de overeengekomen huurperiode zijn inbegrepen. — De gecontracteerde cateraar beheert de installatie en uitsplitsing voor full-service evenementen. — Vraag naar huurprijzen zonder winstoogmerk.
