Het aashuis Pier 60 biedt een compleet assortiment visgerei, T-shirts, souvenirs, drankjes en snacks, evenals huurmateriaal, een volledige lijn aas en een personeel dat deskundig is en graag helpt. De meest voorkomende vissen die kunnen worden gevangen zijn Spaanse makreel, gevlekte forel en zilverforel, snook, roodbaars, tarpoen, schapenkop, snappers, bot, jacks en nog veel meer, afhankelijk van het seizoen. Een van de redenen waarom Pier 60 zo'n populaire plek is voor vissers, is de vele verlichting, waardoor het ideaal is voor nachtvissen.
Ouders (en kinderen) zullen dol zijn op de goed uitgeruste speeltuin, een van de grootste strandspeeltuinen aan de Golf, die urenlang speelplezier biedt voor de kleintjes. „Sunsets at Pier 60”, een traditie in Clearwater Beach, biedt elke avond van 18.00 tot 21.00 uur een verscheidenheid aan ambachten en entertainment. Het prachtige uitzicht op de zonsondergang is een perfecte manier om het einde van de dag te vieren. Het park beschikt ook over toiletten en is 24 uur per dag, zeven dagen per week, 364 dagen per jaar geopend.
