Annuleringsbeleid
Als de HUURDER het evenement annuleert, wordt het volgende schema toegepast om de annuleringskosten voor de HUURDER te bepalen: Annuleer het evenement 1 jaar of langer voor de datum van uw evenement, dan is 50% van de totale huur van het gebouw verschuldigd aan CENTER. Annuleer evenement 9 — 11 maanden voor de datum van je evenement, dan is 60% van de totale huur van het gebouw verschuldigd aan CENTER. Annuleer het evenement 6 — 8 maanden voor de datum van je evenement, dan is 70% van de totale huur van het gebouw verschuldigd aan CENTER. Annuleer evenement 0 — 5 maanden voor de datum van je evenement, dan is 80% van de totale huur van het gebouw verschuldigd aan CENTER.
