Evenementsverzekering

Evenementsverzekering kan vereist zijn.

Annuleringsbeleid

Het hele evenement kan tot 61 dagen voor de datum van het evenement gratis worden geannuleerd. Bij annulering of vermindering van meer dan 10% van het minimumaantal deelnemers tussen 60 en 31 dagen voorafgaand aan het evenement wordt 50% van de totale prijs van het evenement, d.w.z. de reeds betaalde aanbetaling, gedebiteerd. Bij annulering of vermindering van meer dan 10% van het minimumaantal deelnemers tussen 30 en 15 dagen voorafgaand aan het evenement wordt 75% van de totale prijs gedebiteerd. Bij annulering van het hele evenement of een vermindering van meer dan 10% van het minimumaantal deelnemers minder dan 14 dagen voor het evenement wordt 100% van de prijs van het evenement gedebiteerd. De annulering moet schriftelijk gebeuren, hetzij per brief, hetzij per e-mail. Annulering is alleen geldig als de klant een bevestiging hiervan heeft ontvangen. Onder annulering verstaan we elke belangrijke wijziging ten opzichte van de oorspronkelijke overeenkomst, zoals het afblazen of verkorten van het evenement, of het verplaatsen naar een andere kamer, enz.
