Hotel Covington & North by Hotel Covington zal inspiratie halen uit de noordelijke en zuidelijke zussen, maar een samenhangende mix van stijlen zal uiteindelijk voor individualiteit zorgen. Een verhaal wordt verteld door middel van regionale en lokale inkoop en zal de hartslag worden van Covington en daarbuiten: uniek maar comfortabel, casual en toch verfijnd, en tijdloos en toch evoluerend. Door het historisch aangewezen warenhuis Coppin's, dat van 1910 tot 1977 werd geopend, opnieuw vorm te geven aan een hotel met 114 kamers, zal dit belangrijke project zeker de springplank worden voor ontwikkeling in de zakenwijk in het centrum van Covington en zal het zorgen voor stadsvernieuwing ten zuiden van de ontwikkelingen aan de rivier.
