Foresters Hall is een particulier hotel op een toplocatie in het hart van de oude binnenstad van Cowes, op enkele minuten van de winkels, jachtclubs en jachthavens in High Street. Met zijn 16 kamers, die allemaal rookvrij zijn, is Rawlings groot genoeg om tegemoet te komen aan zakelijke behoeften en toch klein genoeg om privacy en persoonlijke aandacht te bieden aan iedereen die op bezoek komt. Rawlings heeft een restaurant met volledige vergunning en biedt een uitstekend volledig Engels ontbijt.
