Hotel Start ligt op korte afstand van het historische centrum van Krakau en het Wawel-kasteel en op slechts 2 km afstand van het Heiligdom van God Charity in Lagiewniki. Het hotel biedt 164 bedden in twee-, drie- en vierpersoonskamers en twee suites. Het restaurant op het terrein biedt plaats aan 75 gasten tegelijk. Het kan op aanvraag worden omgezet in twee aparte kamers. Het hotel biedt de gasten ook 2 vergaderzalen om vergaderingen en evenementen te organiseren.
