Birkhill Castle ligt in Cupar, Schotland. Het is het familiehuis van de graaf en gravin van Dundee en hun familie. Gasten zullen zich snel thuis voelen in de vriendelijke sfeer. Gelegen aan de oevers van de rivier de Tay, op korte afstand van St Andrews, biedt het kasteel een breed scala aan faciliteiten voor zowel zakelijke als particuliere groepen. Het kasteel is ook een zeer romantische locatie voor bruiloften. Birkhill ligt in een prachtig landschap, direct aan de kust in het noordoosten van Fife, en werd gebouwd in 1780. Het huis is omgeven door prachtige tuinen en gasten kunnen er doorheen wandelen en een aantal zeldzame bomen en planten zien. Birkhill is in de eerste plaats een familiehuis met 10 elegante kamers en biedt een warm welkom aan iedereen die de voordeur oversteekt. Dineren in Birkhill, of het nu gaat om een formeel 5-gangendiner of een informele lunch, is altijd een ontspannen diner geweest. We bieden plaats aan 20 personen rond de eettafel of voor grotere groepen kunnen we maximaal vier tafels van 8/10 plaatsen. Al ons eten wordt bereid met de beste lokale biologische ingrediënten. Dit zijn onder meer groenten uit onze tuinen, wild van het landgoed en zalm uit de rivier de Tay. Birkhill is de perfecte locatie voor een bedrijfsuitje, teambuilding of conferentie, omdat het zowel veilig als afgelegen is en toch dicht bij de luchthavens van Edinburgh en Dundee ligt. De eetzaal biedt plaats aan 20 gasten. Daarnaast is het de ideale locatie voor een ontspannen, romantische bruiloft. De traditionele aspecten van het kasteel vormen een ideaal decor voor een meer formele ceremonie en receptie. Andere gasten geven de voorkeur aan de informele sfeer van de tuin, trouwen in de rust van de rozentuin en vieren feest in een partytent.
