Bij The Peat Inn wacht je een warm welkom. Dit prachtige Schotse 5-sterrenrestaurant met kamers in de buurt van St Andrews wordt verzorgd door het man-en-vrouw-team Geoffrey en Katherine Smeddle. Geoffrey was vroeger chef-kok bij Etain, het eerste bestemmingsrestaurant van Sir Terence Conran buiten Londen. Nu als chef-eigenaar richten hij en zijn team in de keuken zich op het leveren van moderne gerechten op basis van de beste lokale en seizoensgebonden ingrediënten. Deze eenvoudige aanpak wordt aangevuld door de spannende wijnkaart van meer dan 400 bakken.
