Melville Castle ligt op het idyllische landgoed aan de rand van Edinburgh en is een betoverende locatie voor uw evenement. Ooit de jachtplaats van Mary Queen of Scots die kastanjebomen plantte voor haar geliefde Rizzio, die tot op de dag van vandaag nog steeds in het bos staan. Het huidige Georgiaanse kasteel werd in 1786 gebouwd met dezelfde fundamenten door Henry Dundas, 1st Burggraaf Melville, voor entertainment op grote schaal, wat tot op de dag van vandaag voortduurt. In de afgelopen jaren is het kasteel zorgvuldig gerestaureerd en biedt het een scala aan zalen die perfect zijn voor evenementen van elke omvang, van kleine vergaderingen tot grote tentoonstellingen; van 4 deelnemers in een privé-eetzaal tot 220 gasten in onze tent. Gasten worden uitgenodigd om te genieten van het rustige comfort van dit historische kasteel, waaronder onze 33 comfortabele kamers, het eigen brasserie-restaurant en kelderbar, lokale boswandelingen, buitenactiviteiten en activiteiten zoals kleischieten, golfen, paardrijden en valkerij.
