Als eerste nieuwe Hirafu-hotel in 20 jaar opende Chalet Ivy, een gloednieuw boetiekhotel, officieel zijn deuren op 19 december 2012! Het concept van Chalet Ivy is heel eenvoudig: we streven ernaar om uw thuis weg van huis te zijn in Hirafu. Of je nu de overvloed aan natuurlijke schoonheid van de zomer in Hokkaido wilt verkennen of een lange dag op de wereldberoemde Niseko-poedersneeuw gaat, Chalet Ivy is er om je daarna van harte thuis te verwelkomen. Een speciale selectie van ongerepte zeevruchten uit Hokkaido wordt benadrukt door onze chef-kok, die al meer dan tien jaar lang sushichef was in het verfijnde en veelgeprezen Japanse restaurant van een wereldberoemd hotel in Hong Kong. Snow Castle's unieke benadering van de traditionele Japanse keuken is zeker een smaakvolle ervaring! Het hotel bestaat uit 33 ruime kamers, allemaal voorzien van de kenmerkende eenvoudige, natuurlijke en elegante stijl van Chalet Ivy met een adembenemend uitzicht op beide iconische Mt. Yotei of de Mt. Skipistes van het resort Grand Hirafu. De natuurlijke schoonheid van Niseko wordt benadrukt door speciaal ontworpen kamerinterieurs — de muren van de slaapkamers zijn voorzien van een natuurlijk bosmotief, terwijl deuren en kamermeubilair zijn gemaakt van licht gekleurd hout dat doet denken aan de omringende Hokkaido-bomen. Champagnegouden gordijnen en exclusieve Chalet Ivy-kamervoorzieningen versterken de elegantie van alle kamers nog meer. Onze uitnodigende kamers zullen ervoor zorgen dat Chalet Ivy zich thuis ver van huis voelt!
