Annuleringsbeleid

Beleid en kosten voor annulering/wijziging van de datum: In de ongelukkige situatie dat een evenement wordt afgelast, gaat de huurder ermee akkoord en begrijpt hij dat de faciliteit is afgewezen aan andere potentiële huurders. Om deze reden is het onderstaande schema voor annuleringskosten van toepassing Bij annuleringen die 91 dagen of meer dagen voor de reserveringsdatum worden annuleringskosten van USD 500 in rekening gebracht ($100,00 Annuleringskosten voor picknickschuilplaatsen.) Bij annuleringen die 90 dagen of minder voor de reserveringsdatum worden gemaakt, wordt 50% van de huurprijs in rekening gebracht plus verbeurdverklaring van alle stortingen. Als de datum van het evenement binnen eenennegentig (91) dagen of meer na uw huurdatum wordt gewijzigd, wordt een bedrag van $100 in rekening gebracht vergoeding. Als de datum van het evenement binnen negentig (90) dagen of minder na de datum van je evenement wordt gewijzigd, wordt een vergoeding van $500 in rekening gebracht vergoeding.
