De CCS-campus is in totaal 16 hectare groot, met ongeveer 225.000 vierkante meter aan instructieruimte. Het bieden van eersteklas faciliteiten heeft hoge prioriteit bij CCS. Het nieuwe A. Alfred Taubman Center for Design Education huisvest de bacheloropleidingen Reclameontwerp, Grafisch Ontwerp, Interieurontwerp, Productontwerp en Transportontwerp, evenals de Graduate-programma's in Design en Transportation Design. Het gebouw herbergt ook de Henry Ford Academy: School for Creative Studies, een middelbare school voor kunst en design en een middelbare school, een conferentiecentrum, een cafetaria met volledige service en slaapzalen in loftstijl. De klaslokalen in het Taubman Center zijn ontworpen om flexibel te zijn en open te staan voor verandering. Het gebouw is een ultramoderne draadloze communicatiefaciliteit en heeft een studio voor het modelleren van klei met een spuitcabine en een machine voor snelle prototyping. De hele bevolking van het Taubman Center dineert in de eetzaal met 350 zitplaatsen en winkels in de nieuwe kunstwinkel en boekwinkel. Het Taubman Center biedt huurruimte voor creatieve bedrijven of non-profitorganisaties. Het Benson and Edith Ford Conference Center omvat een flexibele auditoriumruimte met 500 zitplaatsen en een reeks vergaderzalen, en de Valade Family Gallery biedt werk van CCS-alumni, studenten en lokale kunstenaars. Op de Ford-campus is het The Walter B. Ford II-gebouw een ultramoderne faciliteit met een enkel digitaal netwerk voor de overdracht van spraak, data en video. Het gebouw herbergt hoogtechnologische flexibele klaslokalen met zowel traditionele als computerwerkplekken en een auditorium met 250 zitplaatsen dat is uitgerust met de capaciteit om digitale beelden en geluid te projecteren. Daarnaast biedt het gebouw op elke verdieping ook ruimte voor de tentoonstelling van studentenwerk.
