Een prachtig Chateau-Hotel gelegen in de wijnstreek Bourgogne. Het chateau de Gilly, de voormalige residentie van de cisterciënzermonniken, ligt op twee minuten van het beroemde dorp Vougeot in het hart van het beste wijnproducerende gebied („Grand Cru”) in Bourgondië, tussen Dijon en Beaune. Het Chateau de Gilly is een must voor iedereen die wil genieten van authentieke Bourgondische gastvrijheid. Op 20 km van Dijon en Beaune, tussen de grote wijngaarden van Bourgondië, combineert deze voormalige residentie van de abten van Citeaux gezelligheid, plezier en werk. Het Chateau de Gilly is de perfecte locatie voor uw recepties, banketten, cocktails en bruiloften. Voor banketten biedt het Chateau de Gilly u, naast de eetzaal (80 zitplaatsen), een prachtige gotische zaal uit de 14e eeuw, een feestzaal met plafonds en wandtapijten in Franse stijl (zitplaatsen voor 160 personen) en een privézaal voor 60 personen. Er zijn een aantal kamers beschikbaar, waarvan de grootste plaats biedt aan maximaal 250 personen voor een cocktailreceptie en 160 personen voor een buffetreceptie.
