Das Nichtraucherhotel Privat ligt in de „Pruisische wijk”, een villawijk dicht bij het centrum van Dresden, op een rustige, zeer groene locatie in de buurt van het regionale raadsgebouw en de militaire academie. Ons door een familie beheerde hotel is een nieuw gebouw, gebouwd in de Wilhelmina-stijl. Alle kamers zijn geschikt voor mensen met een allergie en aangenaam ingericht. Onze vergaderruimte van 60 vierkante meter is geluiddicht en biedt zowel voldoende daglicht als de mogelijkheid tot verduistering. Het bevindt zich op een verhoogde begane grond en is geschikt voor ongeveer 30 personen.
