Als de keuken de machinekamer is van Chapter One, dan is het restaurant zeker „The Good Room”! Het is de afgelopen vijf jaar gerenoveerd en verbeterd onder het toeziend oog van onze interieurarchitect Maria MacVeigh. Het is strak en elegant met het gebruik van gestructureerde stoffen en warme kleuren om een comfortabele en elegante ruimte te creëren. We hebben bewust geprobeerd Ierse ambachtslieden te vinden die verschillende stukken voor ons hebben gemaakt, zoals de moeraseikenhouten sculpturen van Kieran Higgins, de handgeweven manden van Joe Hogan, de prachtige tafel van Colm Hassett voor de Jameson Room en de op maat gemaakte sokkels van David Coyne en de prachtige tafel in de Demi Salle. Het hout dat in deze stukken wordt gebruikt, is allemaal afkomstig uit Ierland en onze kunstwerken zijn van voornamelijk Ierse kunstenaars. We zijn zeer toegewijd aan het vieren van de integriteit van mensen die hun vak beheersen.
