Alle catering moet worden verzorgd door het eigen team van Medley. *Decoraties: Geen confetti, glitter of open vuur (bijvoorbeeld kaarsen) zonder voorafgaande toestemming. Decoraties moeten binnen de afgesproken huurtijd worden geïnstalleerd en verwijderd. * Rookbeleid: Roken is alleen toegestaan in daarvoor bestemde buitenruimtes. * Toegang tot de locatie voor installatie is alleen beschikbaar binnen de overeengekomen huurperiode. Voor vroege toegang of laat vertrek kunnen extra kosten in rekening worden gebracht. *Medley biedt geen parkeergelegenheid op het terrein; gasten worden aangemoedigd om nabijgelegen parkeerfaciliteiten of openbaar vervoer te gebruiken.

Annuleringsbeleid

In geval van annulering van een bevestigde boeking zijn de volgende kosten van toepassing op basis van het geschatte totale account voor het evenement: Binnen 16 weken na de datum van het evenement: 100% van de geschatte kosten Binnen 36 — 16 weken: 75% van de geschatte kosten Binnen 52-37 weken: 50% van de geschatte kosten Annuleringen moeten schriftelijk of per e-mail worden gedaan. Betaling van een aanbetaling betekent acceptatie van deze algemene voorwaarden. Wijzigingen in deze voorwaarden kunnen alleen in onderling overleg worden aangebracht.
