Decoraties moeten binnen de afgesproken huurtijd worden geïnstalleerd en verwijderd. * Rookbeleid: Roken is alleen toegestaan in daarvoor bestemde buitenruimtes. * Toegang tot de locatie voor installatie is alleen beschikbaar binnen de overeengekomen huurperiode. Annuleringsbeleid

In geval van annulering van een bevestigde boeking zijn de volgende kosten van toepassing op basis van het geschatte totale account voor het evenement: Binnen 16 weken na de datum van het evenement: 100% van de geschatte kosten Binnen 36 — 16 weken: 75% van de geschatte kosten Binnen 52-37 weken: 50% van de geschatte kosten Annuleringen moeten schriftelijk of per e-mail worden gedaan.
