Een comfortabel hotel met kamers met airconditioning, ruime kamers met balkons en adembenemende uitzichten, faciliteiten voor zaken en vergaderingen, maar ook een zeer populair vakantieoord. Het hotel ligt in de directe omgeving van de internationale luchthaven van Dubrovnik (5 km). De beroemde middeleeuwse ommuurde stad Dubrovnik is vanaf sommige hotelterrassen te zien. De conferenties en seminars van het Croatia Hotel kunnen worden georganiseerd in een van de 10 conferentiezalen die plaats bieden aan 30 tot 1.500 personen.
