Over ons

Bonar Hall werd in 1977 gebouwd om de Universiteit van Dundee en de inwoners van Dundee en het district te bedienen. De zaal is vernoemd naar Sir Herbert Bonar, een lid van een bekende juteproductiefamilie in Schotland, die de financiering van het gebouw heeft verstrekt. Sir Herbert was erop gebrand dat de zaal zowel de lokale bevolking als de universiteit ten goede zou komen, en daarmee zijn zijn wensen vervuld. Bonar Hall is een zeer populaire locatie voor allerlei sociale evenementen, formeel of informeel. Het is speciaal gebouwd om flexibel te zijn, zodat een breed scala aan functies er allemaal even goed uitziet in Bonar Hall. Het wordt vaak gebruikt als locatie voor bruiloften, doopfeesten, conferenties, concerten, modeshows, diners en feesten.
