De internationale luchthaven van Edinburgh voor internationale en binnenlandse vluchten ligt op slechts 24 km van het hotel en de internationale luchthaven van Glasgow ligt op 70 km afstand. Met 12 kamers op de begane grond, waarvan er 2 geschikt zijn uitgerust voor gasten met minder mobiliteit. Het hotel beschikt over verschillende zalen die geschikt zijn voor kleine vergaderingen tot grote presentaties. Vergaderzalen, syndicaatruimte en pauzeruimtes (2 — 75 personen). De prachtige centrale, zelfstandige feestzaal van het hotel biedt comfortabel plaats aan maximaal 75 personen in theaterstijl en 65 personen in cabaretstijl. Garvock House Hotel heeft een elegante banketsuite met openslaande deuren naar de tuinen, biedt plaats aan maximaal 120 personen voor de huwelijksceremonie en ontbijt met maximaal 150 personen voor de avondreceptie.
