NH Eindhoven Conference Centre Koningshof is een 4-sterrenhotel in Veldhoven, dat naast Eindhoven ligt. Het hotel is ideaal voor zakenreizigers vanwege de locatie en faciliteiten. Binnen 15 minuten bent u vanaf Eindhoven Airport bij het hotel. Er zijn ook 2000 parkeerplaatsen waar de eerste 3 uur gratis parkeren is. Het hotel is omgeven door een bosrijke omgeving en biedt een prachtige locatie. Het gebouw deed vroeger dienst als klooster, dit detail is onder andere te vinden in de Abdijbar. Het hotel biedt in totaal 80 vergaderzalen die geschikt zijn voor zakelijke bijeenkomsten en brainstormsessies, maar ook voor grote evenementen zoals een beurs of een productlancering. De maximale capaciteit van de grootste zaal is 2000 personen, dat is de Benelux-vergaderruimte. Het Auditorium biedt plaats aan maximaal 260 personen in theaterstijl. Er worden regelmatig grote evenementen georganiseerd, daarom hebben de Event Planners veel ervaring en zijn ze u graag van dienst om uw wensen en behoeften te vervullen. Het cateringteam staat ook tot uw dienst. Er is audiovisuele apparatuur beschikbaar, maar we bieden ook de mogelijkheid om extra apparatuur te huren. Als u van plan bent een meerdaags evenement te organiseren of uw gasten de mogelijkheid wilt bieden om te overnachten, bieden wij deze mogelijkheid met 509 hotelkamers in de categorieën standaard, superior, familie en junior suites. Er zijn zowel een- als tweepersoonskamers beschikbaar. Alle kamers hebben warme kleuren en zijn uitgerust met een tv, thee- en koffiefaciliteiten, een douche, haardroger en toiletartikelen. Alle kamers, behalve het standaardtype, zijn voorzien van airconditioning. Na uw vergadering of evenement kunt u ontspannen in een rustieke, historische ruimte, de Abdijbar. Open van 16.00 tot middernacht. Als u graag met uw collega's wilt dineren, kunt u terecht in ons restaurant Porticato. Dit moderne restaurant, met veel natuurlijk daglicht, biedt plaats aan maximaal 60 personen en serveert internationale en mediterrane gerechten op een à la carte menu. Er wordt elke ochtend een vers bereid ontbijt geserveerd dat bestaat uit ontbijtgranen, yoghurt, fruit, sappen en vers gebak. Op verzoek kunnen er ook warme gerechten worden bereid. Het ontbijtrestaurant is elke maandag tot en met vrijdag geopend van 7.00 tot 10.00 uur. Zaterdag van 07:00 tot 11:00 uur en op zon- en feestdagen van 07:00 tot 12:00 uur. NH Eindhoven Conference Centre Koningshof biedt veel verschillende vrijetijdsactiviteiten in het sportcentrum in het hotel. Er is een fitnessruimte die gratis is voor hotelgasten. Er zijn zowel cardio-apparaten als losse gewichten beschikbaar. Er is ook een sauna. Daarnaast is er een verwarmd binnenzwembad dat gratis is voor hotelgasten en zijn er 2 squashbanen. Reserveren is verplicht en er geldt een kleine toeslag. Verder biedt het hotel verschillende diensten, zoals airconditioning en gratis Wi-Fi in het hele hotel, bagageopslag, fietsverhuur, gratis koffie in de lobby, stomerij, wasserette, meertalig personeel, 24/7 receptie, 24/7 roomservice en is rolstoelvriendelijk.
