De groepsstrategie voor omvat het instellen en consistent zijn van het groepsplafond van 85 rms op piekmomenten, tenzij een bedrijf voldoet aan alle criteria om een uitzondering te maken. Met de toename van het aanbod, het gebrek aan stadsbreed en de algemene daling van de groepsvraag (per STR voor 2017). De bezettingsgraad zal dalen omdat ADR-verhogingen voornamelijk het gevolg zijn van tijdelijke aard. De groep zal een basis opbouwen door middel van boekingen bij F&B die de nichegrootte zijn voor deze accommodatie. Meer aandacht voor weekendgroepen om te voorzien in behoefteperiodes waarin de AAC geen evenementen organiseert om in het weekend vraag te creëren. Gebruik van de huidige aanbiedingen van SPG Pro en SPG, evenals concessies op het gebied van eigendgoed/klanten om programma's opnieuw te boeken, meerjarige contracten aan te gaan en planners te stimuleren om over te stappen op periodes die nodig zijn of van patroon te veranderen om pieken halverwege de week te minimaliseren die de transiënten met een hogere rating verdringen.
