Falkenberg Strandbad, een hotel aan het water gelegen aan de zandstranden van Skrea strand. Het hotel met zijn gerenommeerde spa- en conferentiefaciliteiten maakt het tot een van de meest prestigieuze bestemmingen aan de westkust. Bij aankomst in Falkenberg Strandbad betreed je een hotel met een levensstijl gebaseerd op het avontuurlijke leven van Ernest Hemingway. De lobby van het hotel is meer dan alleen een lobby, het is de woonkamer van Mr. Hemingway zelf, vol met vintage boeken, handgemaakte sculpturen van exotische dieren en grote koloniale zitplaatsen. Veel gasten beginnen en eindigen hun avond met een goed glas op eikenhout gerijpte rum terwijl ze voor de open haard aan pure chocolade knabbelen. De conferentieruimtes zijn ingericht met ontworpen tapijten en schilderijen uit het midden van de jaren twintig en zijn geïnstalleerd met de nieuwste technologie. De faciliteiten bieden gasten de mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan vergaderingen terwijl ze uitkijken op de kalme zee van Kattegatt om extra inspiratie en creativiteit op te doen. Tijdens de pauzes kunnen gasten genieten van een drankje in de woonkamer van Mr. Hemingway of op de lange houten strandbrug van 250 meter lang die in verbinding staat met het hotel. De spa, genaamd The Retreat Club, is geïnspireerd op het oude Kalahari-dessert in Afrika. De Club bevat enkele van de best bewaarde geheimen van de lokale Kalahari-inwoners. Deze geheimen zijn ervaren ruimtes bedekt met marmer, mozaïeksteen en gouden details. Verwen uzelf met een glas champagne en een panoramisch uitzicht op het strand in een extra groot, ontspannend bed. Vervolg de dag bovendien met een gastronomische reis in ons Frans geïnspireerde restaurant, Famille, met de favoriete wijnkeuze van Mr. Hemingway, een glas voortreffelijke Bourgogne-wijn.
