Op de begane grond (Piazza Adua) realiseerden we vanaf mei 2007 de nieuwe receptie van het Palazzo dei Congressi en Palazzo degli Affari, 200 m² om gasten en afgevaardigden te verwelkomen die deelnemen aan conferenties op de Florentijnse locaties en als welkomstruimte met een „Information Display Network” dat met vier plasmamonitors wordt weergegeven.
