Het centrum van Florence, gebouwd in 1993, is uitgegroeid tot een hoeksteen van een snel groeiend gebied dat grenst aan de I-20 en I-95. In de afgelopen jaren zijn in dit gebied een nieuw Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Spring Hill Suites, Home Depot, Kohl's, Olive Garden en Longhorn Steakhouse geopend. Chili's Restaurant, San Jose Tequila Bar en het Arbor One Center zijn geopend, evenals het nieuwe Veterans Memorial Park dat naast de parkeerplaats van het centrum ligt. Onze Arena (grootste algemene vergaderruimte) heeft ook renovaties ondergaan, waaronder nieuwe LED-verlichting, nieuw HVAC-systeem, gordijnsysteem voor de opstelling van het Proscenium Theater, nieuwe dak- en podiumupgrades.
