Het volledig gerenoveerde NH Firenze in Florence ligt in de wijk Porta al Prato, vlak voor het prachtige Parco della Cascine en vlakbij het historische centrum en Fortezza da Basso. Het is gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf zowel de luchthaven als het treinstation Santa Maria Novella, dat op slechts 1 km afstand ligt. Het hotel beschikt over 152 mooie en moderne kamers, met comfortabele traagschuimmatrassen, nieuwe lcd-tv e en gratis wifi: alles om onze klanten te laten genieten van hun ontspanning na een dag in het prachtige centrum van Florence of na een drukke werkdag. Ons nieuwe congrescentrum bestaat uit 9 vergaderzalen met een capaciteit voor maximaal 150 personen. De kamernamen zijn ontleend aan enkele van de beroemdste beeldhouwers en schilders uit de regio en ze zijn allemaal uitgerust met de nieuwste geavanceerde technologie, die gegarandeerd aan al uw eisen voldoet. Door hun veelzijdigheid kunnen ze ook worden gebruikt voor banketten, recepties, modeshows, cocktailparty's en filmische projecties.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
