Rapallo Hotel ligt in het hart van Florence, in het historische stadscentrum met alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden van Florence op korte loopafstand. Onze kamers hebben allemaal dezelfde afmetingen en stijl, ingericht met het allerbeste dat de Florentijnse ambachtelijke traditie te bieden heeft. Gratis mineraalwater is te vinden in de minibar van de kamer, en gasten kunnen kiezen uit een verscheidenheid aan snacks en drankjes uit de automaten op elke verdieping. Zakenreizigers kunnen een conferentieruimte reserveren die plaats biedt aan maximaal 15 personen voor kleine vergaderingen. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
