Het landgoed beschikt over 70 hectare aan prachtige wijngaarden waarin een verscheidenheid aan edele druiven groeit, waaronder Cabernet, dat naar verluidt tijdens de Renaissance door Catherine de' Medici in het land werd geïntroduceerd.
Carmignano DocG is een historische benaming die Sangiovese en Cabernet combineert, en Chianti Docg staat wereldwijd bekend als een symbool van Toscane.
