De groep van de perfecte grootte zou 125-250 deelnemers zijn. De vergaderruimte is goed ontworpen voor een conferentie met een algemene sessie en breakout-ruimtes. 18.000 vierkante meter aan vergaderruimte, waaronder een Centennial balzaal van 7260 vierkante meter met 8 vergaderruimten en een omheind paviljoen van 3200 vierkante meter met ramen aan alle vier zijden. Voldoende ruimte voor exposities in de Ballroom Foyer of het paviljoen naast de Centennial Ballroom. De Centennial Foyer werkt goed voor tentoonstellingstafels en lunchbuffetten. Het unieke buitenpaviljoen is volledig omheind, maar heeft grote ramen die open kunnen worden voor een „buiten” evenementgevoel. Naast het buitenpaviljoen bevindt zich de bruiloftspergola. Deze ruimte is ontworpen voor huwelijksceremonies. Ideale buitenruimte in Colorado voor sociale evenementen.
