Spa House Diana ligt aan de rand van de stad Frantiskovy Lazne, vlakbij het spacentrum. Het woongedeelte is verdeeld over drie verdiepingen. De capaciteit van het hotel is 52 kamers met 96 bedden en de gast kan kiezen tussen appartementen met één of twee slaapkamers. U kunt de hele dag door dineren in een privé-eetzaal.
