Cortes House is een eigendom voor exclusief gebruik dat u in zijn geheel huurt voor de duur van uw verblijf, of dat nu voor een dag, een weekend of een week is. We openen onze deuren voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een locatie die 'even aan het gewone leven' ontsnapt, van bruiloften en vrijgezellenfeesten tot verjaardagen en jubilea tot bedrijfsdagen en teambuilding-evenementen. Zodra u het huis heeft verhuurd, is het van u voor het weekend en kunt u doen wat u wilt - op voorwaarde dat het bij ons terugkomt in dezelfde staat als waarin het werd gegeven! Cortes heeft 12 slaapkamers, 10 in het hoofdgebouw en 2 op de benedenverdieping. De 2 op de benedenverdieping worden verhuurd op basis van een vereiste. Het hoofdgebouw is geschikt voor 24 gasten en de extra kamers zijn geschikt voor 6 personen, dus er kunnen in totaal 30 gasten tegelijk verblijven - we hebben wel een paar reiswiegjes en Z-bedden voor kleinere gasten, mocht er wat extra ruimte nodig zijn. Voor grotere evenementen bieden we plaats aan maximaal 65 gasten in de grote eetzaal of woonkamer - met deze maximale capaciteit hebben we specifieke indelingen van eetmeubilair om ervoor te zorgen dat iedereen comfortabel zit. Als alternatief kunt u kiezen voor een partytent in de geheime tuin om het aantal bezoekers te verhogen tot 120.
